Nature of Service

LuxeLink Ventures operates as:

  • A private introduction and deal matchmaking network
  • Not a real estate brokerage, financial advisor, or public marketplace

We facilitate strategic connections but do not act as an agent, intermediary, or fiduciary unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to:

  • Qualified individuals
  • Verified investors, buyers, or opportunity providers
  • Participants accepted at LuxeLink’s sole discretion

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access without explanation.

No Guarantees

LuxeLink does not guarantee:

  • Availability of opportunities
  • Transaction completion
  • Financial outcomes or returns

All decisions and transactions are made independently by participants.

User Responsibilities

By engaging with LuxeLink, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • To conduct your own due diligence before entering any transaction
  • To maintain confidentiality of introductions and shared opportunities

Non-Circumvention

Participants agree:

  • Not to bypass LuxeLink in order to directly engage with introduced parties
  • Not to exploit introductions for unauthorized gain

Separate agreements (if applicable) may further govern this.

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials belong to LuxeLink Ventures and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

LuxeLink is not liable for:

  • Any losses arising from transactions between introduced parties
  • Misrepresentation by third parties
  • Investment or property decisions made by users

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international principles and, where relevant, the jurisdiction determined by LuxeLink.
